Firstly, I hope you’re OK. It’s normal if you’re not, and if that’s the case, talk to someone. For the last few weeks, most of us have been working harder than ever, as we come to terms with, and adapt to, the ever-changing challenges. Being busy is good for your mental health. However, as the rate at which changes to policy and regulation slows down, we might find ourselves in a ‘lull’ where we are limited in what we can do to adapt; and business is quieter.
