Who is Eligible?
Food, wine and beverage producers and growers; restaurateurs, caterers, and provedores located in the Daylesford Macedon region.
To be eligible operators agree to the following:
Provedores offerings must reflect a minimum 30% content -grown, produced or processed in the region.
Venue operators must be able to show the use of a minimum of 30% of local produce utilised on menus and wine lists.
