Daylesford Macedon Tourism, together with Hepburn Shire Council and Macedon Ranges Shire Council, is offering businesses within our region the ‘Gap Hunter’ series of FREE online seminars and modules, designed to help create a plan to continue to manage through the Covid-19 crisis and into the future.
Over a three week period, you will have direct access to acclaimed business resilience expert, Nigel Collin, though a closed Facebook Group. Nigel will present a series of seminars and will provide you exclusive access to his online learning modules that consist of short videos and contain templates and a comprehensive workbook with case-studies to access at any time.
Once a week, over three weeks, you’ll gain practical guidance in developing a methodology to identify viable gaps (areas of focus) within a range of business pillars, including tourism, finance, customer engagement, innovation, marketing, and business implementation. You’ll create practical action steps for application, achieving confidence through planning and acting on small changes within your sphere of influence.
The first session kicks off on Thursday 30th April 2020, 10.30am and focusses on identifying gaps – areas for improvement – in your business. The following week is all about developing actions plans that are both achievable and viable. The final session is an interactive Q&A with Nigel, addressing challenges and barriers that you might be facing.
The event is sponsored by your Council, and is completely free of charge. You need to register to join the Facebook group and can do so here.
