Deadlines & Payment Options
Pay Up Front:
All items shall be booked and invoiced with payment terms of 30 days. These terms are strictly enforceable.
Direct Debit:
This payment option facilitates improved cash flow management for your business by evenly spreading payments throughout the current financial year. This option is applicable to packages exceeding a value of $1000 + GST, excluding Seasonal Digital Campaigns. Seasonal Digital Campaigns require four payments, each set to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to rollout. Only Direct Debit or Credit Card payment methods are accepted under this option. An establishment fee of $25 shall be levied on all Direct Debit accounts. A transaction fee of 1.5% shall be applicable to all credit card transactions.
Cancellations:
Any cancellation of an order must be communicated within 30 days of order confirmation. Failure to do so shall result in the retention of 50% of the total charge by DMT.
Digital Campaign Inclusion:
Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to the commencement of each seasonal campaign. Non-compliance with this requirement shall result in exclusion from campaign activities for that particular season.
