The new 2016 Daylesford & Macedon Ranges Tourism Visitor Guide has been launched.
For the first time in 2015, a new look guide was released which enhanced the region by its storytelling and editorial style content. The guide was an outstanding success with 100,000 distribution across the state (up from 40,000 the previous year).
The uniqueness of the guide and increase in distribution assisted the region in receiving 3.8m visitors, an increase of 18.2% on the previous year.
General Manager of Daylesford & Macedon Ranges Regional Tourism Board, Judith Isherwood, stated:
“One of Victoria’s most beautiful regions deserves one of the most beautiful Visitor Guides, and we believe we’ve delivered just that. Visitors’ response to our last Guide was tremendous, and with an expanded edition this year, we’re expecting even better results.”
