The 2016 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards celebrate and acknowledge tourism businesses and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding achievements and success during the 2015/2016 financial year.

The awards program is operated by the Victoria Tourism Industry Council in partnership with RACV and Visit Victoria. Category Criteria and Rules of Entry are set by the National Tourism Alliance to enable State/Territory winners to be in the running to win nationally at the QANTAS Australian Tourism Awards. Note: Some categories are applicable to Victoria only and are noted in the individual category descriptions.

In 2015 Daylesford and Macedon Ranges businesses showed their quality in an outstanding performance in being awarded 6 awards at the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards.

Considering entering the 2016 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards?

Come along to a FREE workshop hosted by the Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC). You will gain insight into the benefits of entering and learn all you need to know to prepare a successful submission.

This year, the submission deadline has been extended to 4pm, Monday September 5th, 2016

You will hear what judges look for in each question and it’s a great opportunity to chat with other entrants about their experience entering the Awards previously.

If you entered the Tourism Awards in 2015 or previously, it’s important you attend this workshop to understand what changes have been implemented in 2016 to the categories and criteria.
