Our office is based in Hepburn Springs, placing us in the heart of the action. We’re governed by a board of both skill-based and industry experts who also live around the region.
CEO
Steve manages the team, reports to the board, sets our strategic direction and liaises with the govt. entities. He also loves riding around the region and writing articles for our DM Life website and magazine about his latest discoveries.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Annissa is your industry contact and your first port of call when participating in our marketing initiatives. She can help you with your marketing strategy, connect you with people and loves nothing more than spreading your story near and far.
PR AND CONTENT MANAGER
Madeleine is your go to person for anything PR, media or content related. She edits our Daylesford Macedon Life magazine and Eat + Drink guide, creates content for our website and handles all media enquiries and visits.
DIGITAL & DESIGN MANAGER
Andrea has designed and manages all of our websites that we operate. She is also the graphic designer behind our many marketing initiatives, including DM Life Magazine, Eat + Drink Guide and Visitor Guide.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Sharon develops and oversees the rollout of our digital marketing initiatives, which include email marketing, data acquisition, and social media (organic and paid) campaigns. Sharon can help you understand how to grow your online presence and leverage our digital audiences.
OFFICE MANAGER & BOOKKEEPER
Catherine is our office manager and bookkeeper. Our right-hand person and your go to for handling all general enquiries, accounts and office administration. Working with the team, board and all your needs.
WEB & DESIGN SUPPORT
Sarah assists in the maintenance of our websites and various design projects and ensures that your website profiles are up to date. She is eager to share and connect people and places.
PROJECT MANAGER
Paul was the Head of Regional Tourism and Strategy for Visit Victoria from 2017 to June 2021 working closely with Regional Tourism Boards, industry and government. He now works with the DMT team on various projects through his consulting business Visitor Economy Tourism and provides support to Steve and the team as Acting CEO when required.
